1. Agreement to Terms

We primarily serve West Linn, OR and the surrounding metropolitan area. Service availability outside of West Linn may be subject to additional fees and scheduling availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing will be determined after an on-site inspection. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.

5. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Emergency services may be available outside of regular business hours. We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss resolution options.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appliance Repair Services West Linn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Insurance and Licensing

Appliance Repair Services West Linn works with properly licensed and insured professionals to provide appliance repair services in OR. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of OR. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of OR.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
